Jessica TranVo

Jessica TranVo is the Publicity and Outreach Coordinator for the Literature Section. She organizes Literature Section events, including Literature Teas (Lit Teas), Pleasures of Poetry, visiting scholars and lecturers, and Literature faculty events.  She also manages Literature’s campus-wide presence via social media, academic expos, and student fairs, designing internal advertising and publications (like Literature’s course supplement catalog, subject posters, and event announcements.

Jessica has Bachelor degrees in English Literature and Fine Arts, with a minor in Art History from Bridgewater State University’14. Her work focused on Irish literature and painting/mixed media/collage art respectively. She has exhibited collages around the Greater Boston area, as well as on campus at the MIT Rainbow Lounge and MIT Library COVID-Documentation project. She is fluent in Vietnamese and has a dog named Bingo.
