Tadiwa Madenga is a PhD candidate in African and African American Studies and English at Harvard University. Her areas of interest include Media theory, African literature, Festival studies, and Performance studies. Her current dissertation “Erotic liberty on Display: Restaging the 1995 Zimbabwe International Book Fair” explores queer histories through book fair culture, with special interest in the intersection of display, print production, and sexuality.
